Writing this in behalf of my father in law, Elie who recently purchased a 2026 GLE 450 and had such a great experience with Tony Yang. He was very friendly, genuine, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Never felt pressured and always felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciated how easy and enjoyable he made the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase.

What an incredible experience at Mercedes-Benz London! A massive shoutout to Josseline and the service department, who went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Not only was the repair completed seamlessly under warranty, but they also arranged to pick me up and surprised me with a complimentary car wash. Exemplary customer service from start to finish!

Q:(Traduit par Google) Que garantit réellement une précertification Mercedes sur une voiture d'occasion
(Original)
What does a Mercedes precertification on a used car actually guarantee
A:

They just inspect and gives you a certificate saying they have checked that car on 160 points and it doesn't have any major problems. There is I guess from no guarantee to 6 months on different models.
