Our 2020 Audi A4 Allroad Quattro had a right-front blowout that caused body and brake line damage, and potential damage to the drive train. It was a complicated and extended insurance claim involving multiple contributors to the repairs, rental cars, and insurance approvals. The team at Riverside (Michael, Amy, Roman, Dennis and I'm sure others) coordinated it all from start to finish. They had our insurance company on speed dial, and a pick-up and drop-off arrangement with Enterprise car rental. They were accessible, knowledgeable and understood the impact on us, in addition to being really good at their job of fixing cars. We got it back in perfect order and it looks amazing. We've had other vehicles repaired by Riverside, and they've always exceeded our expectations.

Q: We r going to take our vehicle there for repair. What i need to know is when we take it in on monday for an estimate n drop off for repair, do we need to give u on that day the deductible from our insurance or we pay that when we pick up after repair
