I have not had a great experience with other plumbing companies since I purchased my condo a few years ago.I was pleasantly surprised when I called Drain Terrier and spoke to Savannah .Not only was she extremely helpful ,but very personable. My garbage disposal was not working and my toilet was not flushing .Nick ,my technician arrived promptly and couldn’t be nicer .He assessed the problem and explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand .He finished both jobs within a reasonable amount of time and left the work areas clean.The cost of the repairs were very reasonable . I am so happy that I connected with Nick at Drain Terrier. I will definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs .
